- Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Behavior Specialist License or LBA from the states of NJ or MO
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Experience in the field of ABA working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities
- Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans
- Provide training and instruction to parents on behavioral strategies and implementing ABA teaching methods in the home
- Work 1:1 with children and young adults by applying and implementing behavior analytical techniques at in-home environment
- Complete accurate and timely reports
- Manage a team of RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs to develop these programs
