We are currently expanding and hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Woodbridge, NJ area.

• Flexible per diem scheduling with the option to build a full caseload

• Competitive $75–$100/hour pay range based on experience and caseload

• Spanish-speaking / bilingual BCBAs strongly preferred

• Full caseloads available in Woodbridge, Perth Amboy, Carteret, Rahway, and nearby Middlesex County towns

• Central Reach (CR) provided for streamlined documentation, planning, and communication

• Leadership opportunities in supervision, training, and program development

• No billing quotas or minimum hour requirements

• Dedicated administrative and scheduling support provided

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Collaborate with Spanish- and English-speaking families
  , schools, and interdisciplinary providers

• Maintain accurate,
  insurance-compliant documentation through Central Reach

• Use data-driven decision-making to monitor and adjust programs

• Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred

• Experience providing home-based ABA therapy or community-based services

• Excellent skills in supervision, documentation, and family communication

• Commitment to ethical ABA practices and family-centered care

• $75–$100/hour
  , based on experience and caseload

• Sign-on bonus after 90 days
