The base pay range for this role is $36.93/hr - $59.07/hr.

As a member of the Anna Marsh Clinic team, psychotherapists provide high-quality psychotherapy for a broad range of clients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing the best, high-quality psychotherapy for a broad range of clients in an outpatient setting.
• Building a caseload of individual clients with opportunities to provide couples, family, and group therapy based on training and interest.
• Working independently and collaborating with a dynamic team of experienced Psychotherapists and Psychiatrists with a variety of backgrounds and treatment modalities.
• Engaging in regular Peer Consultation groups and having access to Clinical Supervision and in-house Continuing Education as needed.
• Flexible schedules Monday-Friday, with hybrid work possible and a combination of in-person and remote work. No on-call, no weekends or evenings (after
  6).
• Providing Didactic Training and Clinical Supervision within the Brattleboro Retreat’s Psychology Intern training program. Psychological testing competence is a bonus but not required.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A Ph.D. in Psychology and a valid Vermont License with 3rd party reimbursable approval
• At least three years of professional experience in mental health or human services, preferably in an outpatient setting
• Cognitive: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the delivery of cognitive services or a formal Neuropsychology Post-Doctoral fellowship with a minimum of one year of experience
• Forensic: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the delivery of forensic-related psychological evaluation and services or a formal Forensic Post-Doctoral fellowship with a minimum of one year of experience
• Eating Disorder: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the delivery of eating disorder-related psychological evaluation and services or a formal Eating-Disorder Post-Doctoral fellowship with a minimum of one year of experience
