The ABA Therapy Clinical Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of ABA therapy programs, ensuring the highest quality of care for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves clinical supervision, staff management, program development, administrative duties, and collaboration with families and other stakeholders.
Qualifications/
Educational Requirements:
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, and managing a team of Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and support staff.
- Provide effective feedback to Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and support staff.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure high-quality services.
