Key Autism Services is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. RelocationWe provide relocation packages for BCBAs interested in moving to any of our states:
- Alabama: Home based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile and Montgomery regions.
- Colorado: Home based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region and the Greater Denver region. Clinic based:
Centennial, CO. - Georgia: Home based in and around the greater Atlanta region (including below regions). Clinic based:
Atlanta, Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, Riverdale and Stockbridge. - Illinois: Home based in Chicagoland. Clinic based:
Norwood Park and Palos Heights. - Massachusetts: Home based throughout the Massachusetts region except Western Mass and the Cape. Center based:
Southborough, MA. - North Carolina: Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh and the triangle area, Winston‑Salem. Center based:
Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh and Winston‑Salem. - Tennessee: Home based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville regions.
Competitive salary ($80,000‑$115,000+ inclusive of bonus potential) and performance incentives with monthly bonus potential that is paid. Hours:
Home‑based BCBAs set their own schedule — no weekends required; center‑based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends. - Minimized Drive Times: Client matching based on location.

- Current BCBA certification and LABA (if required by state).
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
- Safety Care Specialist status (obtain and maintain).
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Previous ABA experience.
- Comfortable working with families and providing in‑home services.
As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans. Supervise, train, and support BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans remain on track. Provide instruction and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors using ABA principles. Conduct functional assessments/analyses as clinically warranted, review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data, and graph progress.
