Position Type:
Full-Time Employee (not contract)
Base Salary: $78,000–$84,000/year
Bonus Potential:
Up to $6,000 in performance incentives

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and coaching to RBTs and junior staff
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams including OTs and SLPs
- Emphasize trauma-informed, assent-based, and evidence-based ABA approaches
- Support caregiver training and skill generalization across environments
- Participate in structured learning sessions and peer case reviews

What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification (in good standing with the BACB)
