Occupational Therapist - DMH Flex
Great opportunity to join our dynamic, professional, and interdisciplinary team as a Occupational Therapist in Needham, MA. The Occupational Therapist is an active member of an interdisciplinary team at our Home Based DMH Flex Programs, providing services to youth with mental health challenges and their families in homes.
OverviewThe role involves conducting assessments for program youth, consulting on children’s pragmatic and sensory‑motor skills, and providing coaching to families. You will support the team in delivering high‑quality, developmentally sound, and progressive services aligned with DMH Flex and Riverside Community Care standards.
Responsibilities- Provide assessments for program youth.
- Consult with the DMH Flex team regarding children’s pragmatic and sensory‑motor skills.
- Offer consultation/coaching to families served.
- Support the interdisciplinary team in delivering high‑quality, developmentally sound services.
Part‑time, 20 hours per week.
- Flexible hours between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. to meet the needs of families.
$31.20 to $35.28 per hour, depending on years of experience.

- Good computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Master’s degree (required).
- Current Massachusetts OT license preferred;
Mental Health Certified preferred. - At least 3 years of experience in providing OT services to youth and families preferred.
