We’re actively seeking BCBAs in the Toms River region looking for flexible work with opportunities for growth and leadership.

• Complete assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP) and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs and support their growth through coaching and feedback

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to support client goals

• Document services and progress in compliance with payer and ethical standards

• Current BCBA certification with active NJ license

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• ABA experience in home or community settings strongly preferred

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about client success

• Spanish-speaking is a plus to better support our diverse client base

• Competitive pay: $75–$90/hour

• Sign-on bonus available after 90 days
