Part Time Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a Part-time Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. This is a 3 full days salaried position. If you are a licensed social worker (LMSW/LCSW) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based and holistic treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Facilitate wellness workshop
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted LMSW/LCSW
• Clinical Experience Maintaining a caseload: 2+ years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Culturally competent
• Haitian Creole or Spanish speaker preferred
