This is a contract position

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed
• Easy-to-Use: conduct video call sessions, manage cases, create treatment plans, and submit clinical documentation for each patient
• No Overhead:
  No insurance barriers, marketing budgets, or administrative costs typically associated with private practice
• Flexible:
  Practice from home, on your own time, with a schedule that fits your obligations
• Secure:
  Patient-provider communications are protected with bank-level security and encryption technology
• HIPAA-Compliant:
  Adheres to HIPAA BAA regulations and ethical codes regarding patient confidentiality

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)
• $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)

• Active PMHNP license in North Dakota and 2+ years prescribing experience
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million occurrence / $3 million aggregate
