Independent Fully Licensed Affiliate Clinician

This is a 1099 independent contractor position for a fully licensed therapist. As an Affiliate Clinician at Know Thyself Healing & Therapy, you will provide direct therapy services to clients through a trauma-informed lens. You will be able to work remotely with your own office setup or rent a space in our established suite of offices if preferred.

You determine your schedule and workload, and we support your professional autonomy while offering resources and mentorship to help you thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality therapy to clients in individual and/or family settings
• Conducting intakes, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical records using Simple Practice
• Engaging clients with empathy and professionalism, while upholding ethical standards of care
• Participating in optional peer support, supervision, and consultation opportunities within our practice community
• Continuing to develop your clinical skills in alignment with evidence‑based, trauma‑informed methods

At Know Thyself Healing & Therapy , we’re looking for licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about healing, personal growth, and walking alongside clients on their journey toward self‑discovery. We’re seeking clinicians who:

• Are fully licensed (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LP) in the state of Minnesota
• Have strong diagnostic, clinical, and assessment skills
• Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn new therapeutic modalities
• Are interested in working with a broad client base, including adolescents and young adults
• Show commitment to trauma‑informed care practices
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and team members
• Are comfortable and resilient in utilizing technology for client documentation and care (experience with Simple Practice is a plus)
• Can work independently in a remote setting or in an arranged office space as needed
• Are aligned with our mission of supporting healing through authentic connection and clinical excellence
