Position Title:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Come join a rapidly expanding, leading national substance abuse & mental health organization seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for their growing Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Counseling program. - New patient intake and orientation
- Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs; report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning
- Conduct individual sessions
- Facilitate groups with patients
- Address patient concerns and help eliminate possibility of AMA
- Provide case management
- Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested
- Document in patient medical record
- Must have one of the following: LPC, LCSW
- Active, clean mental health license or certification
- New graduates welcome
- Experience conducting group sessions
- Flexibility and willingness are great attributes
- Remote
- 20-40 hours each week
1099 contract
