Overview
Physical Therapist
Hartford, SD/ Sioux Falls, SD area
Prairie Rehabilitation, Inc.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day shift
Responsibilities- Split time between our Outpatient clinic in Hartford, SD and our Home Health/Prairie at Home clinic within a 30-mile radius of Sioux Falls.
- Multitask and communicate clearly with patients and staff to provide an exceptional experience for anyone entering the clinic.
- Support clinical excellence and contribute to the overall delivery of physical rehabilitation and wellness services.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eligible for licensure in the state of South Dakota.
- Students are encouraged to apply.
