Are you a Licensed Mental Health Counselor looking to make an impact in New York, New Jersey or Florida? Footprints is seeking compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive environment and help our clients achieve better mental health.

We are currently in search of an innovative Clinician who can work with our team to improve the quality of life for our clients and assist them to reach their full potential, personal goals, and overall well-being. You will be responsible for having sessions with clients we will be able to wage you an 85/15 split
. We offer advertising, medical billing, and verifying insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Document the findings.
• Implement and review treatment plans.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy.
• Flexible schedule - ideally some evening availability
• Create your own caseload.
• Room for expansion of hours
• Competitive session rates
• Supervision of Interns and Limited Permit Holders for compensation
• Supportive environment to learn and grow.
• Opportunity to facilitate training for compensation.
• Hybrid Option
• LCSW, LMFT, and LMHC must be licensed in NY State or NJ State
• Commit to at least 1 year of employment.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with practice standards.
• Purchase individual liability insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67.00 - $120.00 per hour

Experience:

• Mental health counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
