S P O T Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Speech and Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services to work with children aged 0-3 with developmental delays and/or special needs. Requirements Responsibilities- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and in collaboration with the child's family and other healthcare professionals
- Providing therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, language comprehension and expression, social communication, and feeding/swallowing skills
- Incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques into treatment sessions
- Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide education, support, and home-based strategies for promoting optimal communication and language development
- Participating in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA - accredited college or school.
- Current and valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clinical competence in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Knowledge of a variety of assessment and intervention techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid car insurance
- Clean OMV record
