Position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Home-based therapy
Responsibilities- Provide direct 1-to-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (maximum caseload of four clients).
- Set your own schedule and therapy sessions for your clients.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Conduct assessments using tools specific to Autism such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide therapy.
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Conduct regular parent training on ABA and Autism-related topics.
- Analyze and graph data to make necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (required). The company can help you obtain the license within one month of applying.
- Competitive pay rate of $70‑$80+ per hour (average $101,400 annually for full-time BCBAs).
- Flexible scheduling; choose your own hours with no nights, Monday to Friday.
