Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Home-based therapy

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1-to-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (maximum caseload of four clients).
  • Set your own schedule and therapy sessions for your clients.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments using tools specific to Autism such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS.
  • Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide therapy.
  • Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Conduct regular parent training on ABA and Autism-related topics.
  • Analyze and graph data to make necessary adjustments to interventions.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (required). The company can help you obtain the license within one month of applying.
