Position Overview

At Sunray ABA, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment for both our clients and team members. We are seeking compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Atlanta, Augusta, and Columbus, Georgia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and ABA therapists.
  • Implement, monitor, and modify treatment programs as needed.
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure the effectiveness of treatment programs.
  • Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent care.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a BCBA in Georgia.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
