ADVANCED COUNSELING ASSOCIATES is a dedicated mental health service provider based in Bay Shore, New York. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help individuals navigate their mental health challenges. This is a part-time, full time or contract hybrid role for a Therapist, based in Bay Shore, NY, with work from home flexibility. The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, conducting initial assessments, and maintaining client records.

Licensed to practice therapy in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience in individual and group therapy Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Experience with teletherapy or virtual therapy platforms (preferred) Commitment to ongoing professional development
