Speech Therapist

Providers perform visits in the field and at home remotely when needed. This is a full‑time salary‑based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.

• 8‑hour shift (Monday-Friday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm)

• Obtain complete health and psychosocial history and record findings in a systematic format.
• Perform complete physical assessment.
• Order, perform, and interpret routine laboratory tests.
• Provide health education and counseling.
• Arrange referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources.
• Use appropriate reporting mechanisms as required by law.
• Respect the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients.
• Obtain appropriate authorization and consents for treatments.
• Review patient’s medical diagnosis, prognosis, procedures, and clinical course.
• Market and provide community education.

• Successful completion of a Speech Therapist training program and certification through the state board.
• A current license to practice in the state of SC.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places.
• Ability to utilize electronic documentation required.
• At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for.
