Providers perform visits in the field and at home remotely when needed. This is a full‑time salary‑based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.
The Following Shifts Are Available- 8‑hour shift (Monday-Friday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm)
- Obtain complete health and psychosocial history and record findings in a systematic format.
- Perform complete physical assessment.
- Order, perform, and interpret routine laboratory tests.
- Provide health education and counseling.
- Arrange referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources.
- Use appropriate reporting mechanisms as required by law.
- Respect the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients.
- Obtain appropriate authorization and consents for treatments.
- Review patient’s medical diagnosis, prognosis, procedures, and clinical course.
- Market and provide community education.
- Successful completion of a Speech Therapist training program and certification through the state board.
- A current license to practice in the state of SC.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places.
- Ability to utilize electronic documentation required.
- At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for.
