Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Westminster

Location: Westminster, Colorado 80234 – In-home ABA Therapy

Available Schedule:

• Approximately 15-20 hours per week | M-F 8:30a-12:30p

• Approximately 20 hours per week | M-F 8-10:30a (school) and/or 2:30-5:30p (home)

Ambitions ABA is hiring a part-time BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Active BCBA Certification

• At least 1 year of BCBA experience

• Proficient with various assessment methods

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities

• Passion for working with children and families

Key Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools

• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans

• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback

• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings

• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
