We’re seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way.

Please Note: We do not provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.

• Competitive Pay: $55–$75/hr
• Start Part-Time:
  Transition to full-time after 90 days

  Paid training program (13 hours across 6 months) to help you grow, connect, and thrive as part of our team

• Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
• Supervise ABA programs and staff
• Support and train caregivers & RBTs
• Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical and decision‑making skills
