OMH is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team and work remotely from the comfort of their home. Opti Mind Health (OMH) provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, with a focus on accessible, holistic, and cost-effective mental health care. Since 2016, our clinicians serve both adults and adolescents in an outpatient setting, balancing flexibility with efficiency.
Packages can be customized towards every clinician needs. Opportunities include part-time and/or full-time options with steady income and career growth potential.
Responsibilities- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH within outpatient behavioral health practices.
- Provide individualized psychotherapy, with the ability to customize care for each patient.
- Offer services such as individual psychotherapy, and optionally family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Determine session frequency and length based on patient needs.
- Maintain clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions.
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals.
- Benefit from back-office support handling billing, collections, credentialing, and related tasks.
- Pick your own schedule with a focus on work/life balance. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, roughly 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- No on-call responsibilities; clinicians care for their own patients only.
- Remote work environment with option to work from home or from a local office as available.
- Back-office support minimizes administrative time spent on non-clinical tasks.

- Completion of an accredited program with licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Oregon, with the ability to practice independently.
- Licensure in Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.
