We're looking for vibrant, motivated clinicians to join our team as Behavioral/Mental Health Therapists. An exciting, evidence-based, community-centered role where no two days are the same. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, meet families where they are, and use your training to empower change from the ground up, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Who You Are:

  • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology or related field, (License preferred but not required)
  • You're eager to apply clinical knowledge in real-life community settings
  • You're ready for a challenge and not afraid of complexity
  • You're energized by relationship-building and want to see tangible results from your work
  • You want flexibility, independence, and meaningful supervision as you grow
  • You care deeply about equity, inclusion, and working across cultures

What You'll Do:

  • Provide home-based, individualized therapy to youth and families
  • Work Closely with caregivers to build strong, sustainable skills
  • Engage schools, courts, and community partners to support treatment goals
  • Participate in structured weekly supervision to build skills and stay supported
  • Maintain a small caseload, allowing for multiple sessions per week as needed
  • Be available to families (on rotation) for 24/7 crisis support
  • Deliver treatment over 3-5 months per case, focusing on high-impact change

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn and grow in an evidence-based therapy model
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Cultural responsiveness and respect for diverse family systems
  • Reliable transportation and comfort working in home/community settings
