This is a full-time, day shift, exempt position. The unit at Providence Portland Medical Center consists of 29 beds and approximately 90 staff members. It is an acute care Medical, Surgical, Telemetry Unit providing care for adult patients with acute and/or chronic medical conditions, including internal medicine, surgical, peritoneal dialysis, and DKA patients. Most patients are admitted with diagnoses such as sepsis, cellulitis, kidney disorders, and multiple co-morbidities.

The Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations drives continuous improvement and oversees 24/7 operations of their units. They lead effective teams in a complex environment, ensuring healing and wellness are prioritized.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Oregon RN License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles

• Master's Degree in related field
• Formal coursework in management, finance, and administration
• National Certification in relevant clinical expertise
• Management experience
