At Making Opportunity Count (MOC), we believe therapy should be both accessible for clients and sustainable for clinicians. As a community-based nonprofit, we help families across North Central Massachusetts achieve stability and wellness through programs in housing, education, workforce, and behavioral health.

We are expanding our Counseling Center and seeking compassionate, licensed clinicians: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFTs, to provide outpatient counseling services. Whether you’re looking to supplement your income, build a full caseload, or practice fully remote, this role offers complete flexibility with no caseload minimums when fee for service and robust administrative support.

No minimum hours or caseload requirements for fee‐for‐service clinicians.

No Overhead or Administrative Burden
: we handle logistics so you can focus on care, not paperwork. We submit all insurance claims and manage billing and reimbursements; verify client insurance coverage before sessions; cover platform costs, EHR access, and telehealth systems. • Active Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic records

Compensation:
Full‑time exempt clinicians earn between $75,000 and $85,000 annually. Fee‑for‑service clinicians rates are negotiable, market‑aligned rates.

$30.24/hr – $40.91/hr
