Who We Want

DVI is seeking an experienced Client Services Associate to support our team while providing high-quality service to our valued clients. In this key role, you will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), Portfolio Managers (PMs), and other internal partners to prepare and process documentation, coordinate account-related workflows, and ensure the accurate and timely execution of client requests and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant, transferable experience in financial, legal, and/or banking services.
• Willingness to obtain the Series 65 license or comparable industry credential.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality client service.
• Proven fiduciary mindset, including acting in clients’ best interests and maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Strong collaborative, team-oriented approach and support for a client-focused culture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Deliver professional, timely service while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Support Relationship and Portfolio Managers by coordinating client transactions and account activity.
• Oversee new client onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Work closely with custodians and clients to resolve paperwork, securities, and funding issues promptly and in accordance with firm policies and procedures.

• This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role. The full base salary pay range is $55,000 to $100,000 per year. This range reflects the many factors that go into our compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, education, licenses and certifications, location, and other business and organizational needs.

It is not typical for an individual to be offered a base salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Base salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
