Senior Associate Financial Adviser Super

Based in the beating heart of the CBD this flagship boutique advisory firm is growing and now requires an Associate Financial Adviser / Financial Planner to join their team. Working in a business of 30 people you will be joining an elite organisation that really challenges the scope of advice and provides truly holistic advice to clients ranging from $5-50m in Fum.

Working from home arrangements are 2 days from home 3 in the office. With current structure Monday and Fridays are at home.

Working 1-1 with one of their lead adviser your role will be to help continue to service an existing HNW portfolio by providing exceptional support.

• Providing high quality support and technical assistance to the Principal Adviser.
• Working alongside the Principal Adviser in meetings, liaising between paraplanning and administration.
• Start to manage a book of clients yourself.
• Strategy Development: discussion with Adviser.
• Assist Principal Adviser in the preparation of Advice documents to assess and formulate appropriate strategies.
• Prepare Alternative Strategies & Product Working Papers for Best Interests Duty.
• Attend client meetings in collaboration with the adviser and contribute to the presentation and discussions.
• Research products, strategies and prepare product comparisons and ensure they meet client’s needs and objectives.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Paraplanner or a CSM
• Strong technical knowledge and desire to learn
• Professional and well presented
• Working towards Industry qualifications
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Passion and care for clients
