Financial Modeling Consultant; Remote

Role: Financial Modeling Consultant (Contract)
Pay Rate: $75 per hour
Location: Fully Remote

A well-known organization is seeking a Financial Modeling Consultant to support complex financial analysis and modeling initiatives. This contract role will involve developing sophisticated financial models, analyzing transaction scenarios, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

• Build and maintain advanced financial models in Excel
  , including leveraged buyout (LBO), operating, and valuation models
• Conduct financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic and investment-related decisions
• Evaluate financial performance and provide insights on corporate finance and transaction structures
• Analyze financial statements and develop projections based on business and market assumptions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial models
• Review and refine existing models to improve functionality and efficiency

• 1–4+ years of experience in Investment Banking
  , ideally at the Analyst or Associate level
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel techniques
• Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, valuation methods, and transaction analysis
• Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a consulting-based, remote environment
