We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join our finance team to support the Market Force team.
This entry-level role involves assisting with day-to-day financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance across accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities- Pull daily and monthly reports for reconciliations across seven different agencies.
- Reconcile daily and monthly payment trackers to ensure all payments are accurately posted.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies during daily reconciliations.
- Process daily payment returns and key payments efficiently.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma, plus some tertiary qualification in finance (e.g., associate’s degree, certificate, or coursework in accounting or finance).
- Proficiency in multitasking and self-directed work.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and PDF applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas and data analysis.
- Experience with payment reconciliations involving payment processors, banks, and systems of record.
- Trustworthiness and discretion.
