The Opportunity

This role focuses on oversight, support, and challenge of:

You will also be a key liaison with Triodos Group on these areas and deputise for the TBUK Head of Enterprise, Financial & Operational Risk on financial and enterprise risk matters as required.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering flexible hybrid working – with a minimum of two days per week in our Bristol office, and the option to work from home on other days (following an initial induction period). Some flexibility will be required to meet business needs.

- Oversee and review ILAAP, ICAAP, Recovery & Resolution Plans, stress-testing, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
- Contribute to effective 2nd Line risk reporting, including the analysis of key risk indicators and providing insightful commentary for management and committees.
- Execute oversight of enterprise-wide and prudential risks through assurance plans, including regulatory reporting and key prudential documents.
- Maintain and develop robust financial risk frameworks, policies, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements, Group standards, and best practices.
- Support analysis of new and evolving prudential regulations, assessing their impact on the Bank and internal risk management.
- Represent the Bank in external networks, committees, and working groups, as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and governance requirements.
What we are looking for
You will have significant experience in prudential, enterprise, or financial risk management, or in a relevant regulatory or audit capacity. Flexibility, a proactive attitude, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment are essential, as is a willingness to be hands-on while maintaining appropriate independence as part of the 2nd Line of Defence.
