Position: Corporate Tax Manager (Permanent)
We are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a leading, forward-thinking accountancy practice based within a short commute of Bedford and Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a CTA-qualified tax specialist, or someone with strong corporate tax experience, looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

This Corporate Tax Manager position offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to work closely with a varied client portfolio including owner-managed businesses, technology start-ups, and growing companies. The role focuses on providing high-quality tax advisory services and building strong client relationships, while contributing to the continued growth of the tax team.

Key Responsibilities – Corporate Tax Manager:

• Delivering technically strong corporate tax advice including structuring, reorganisations, refinancing, and governance

• Supporting clients with tax planning and compliance while optimising their tax position

• Managing relationships with a varied portfolio of clients including owner-managed and technology-focused businesses

• Handling tax authority enquiries and complex technical queries

• Supporting business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals, marketing, and client meetings

• Coaching and supporting junior colleagues while ensuring high standards of delivery across the team

• Keeping up to date with UK tax legislation and maintaining compliance with professional standards
