This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Staff Accountant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building scalable financial infrastructure to support a high-growth organization. You will collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency, drive scalable practices, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
Your expertise will also foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling the organization to make informed financial decisions. As a key player, you will lead initiatives that align with the company's mission, ensuring financial integrity across all operations.
- Work with accounting staff to facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee the accounts payable function by reviewing vendor invoicing and monitoring payment cycles.
- Reconcile AP aging between and Net Suite and oversee payment disbursement.
- Prepare and review complex journal entries and perform reconciliations.
- Manage complex intercompany transactions and allocate expenses to subsidiaries.
- Maintain and reconcile intangible assets and prepaid expense schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for corporate accounting processes.
- Support external audits by coordinating requests and managing communications.
- Set up internal control systems to prevent inaccuracies in financial documents.
- Collaborate with system vendors to optimize accounting systems and support automation.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- BA/BS required in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Net Suite,
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP.
- Experience with multiple subsidiaries and intercompany allocations.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.

- Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $141,500 plus equity and discretionary bonus.
