Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

• Competitive base salary + commission (total compensation ranges from $50,000–$120,000+ annually).

• Originate and guide clients through mortgage applications (focus on reverse mortgages & refinances)
• Educate borrowers on products and terms in a clear, client-first way
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time closings
• Stay licensed (NMLS) and follow all compliance and fair lending requirements

• Preferred 2 years’ experience in residential mortgage lending (ideal candidate has experience and understand of reverse mortgages).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with loan origination software and CRM tools

This role can be performed from an office or home office depending on work location. Work typically involves sitting for extended periods, using a computer/phone, and occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs). Reasonable accommodations are available as required by law.
