Description
Summary: The Premier Service Specialist II provides administrative and service support for investment management, IRA, and/or trust relationships within the Premier Solutions segment in the Private Bank, serving clients with under $1MM in assets. This role emphasizes operational accuracy, fiduciary awareness, and a high‑quality client experience for Premier Solutions clients, beneficiaries, and advisors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the daily administration of Premier Solutions accounts, including funds movement, asset transfers, RMD processing, and beneficiary distributions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, Premier Relationship Managers, and internal partners.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with bank polices, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Monitor account activity to ensure alignment with governing documents and compliance standards.
Partner closely with middle office for opening, onboarding and closing Premier Solutions accounts.
Collaborate with investment, operations, tax, and fiduciary partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
2+ years of experience in financial services relationship management and account servicing
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in financial services relationship management and account servicing.
Working knowledge of basic fiduciary principles, trust structures, and retirement account rules.
Strong communication and client service skills with an ability to support a high‑volume client segment.
Experience with trust or wealth management systems.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
