The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. You’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan strategically.
- Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
