:
Deposit Services Specialist II in our Baytree Headquarters. You will handle advanced member inquiries and assist in resolving issues, with compliance-based responsibilities requiring a solid understanding of regulations, processes, and statutes.

• Take ownership of advanced member inquiries, review and analyze complex deposit accounts, provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner, and propose effective solutions.
• Support the daily operation of the Deposit Services department by executing tasks with accuracy and efficiency to maintain excellent service to members and team members.
• Review and complete all Deceased Account requirements in a timely manner.
• Track and review IRA and HSA activity and documentation for compliance, accuracy, and completion. Process IRA deposits and distributions sent in through the mail in accordance with regulation.
• Actively participate in departmental process improvement initiatives and the implementation of changes in procedures and documentation to maintain compliance with evolving regulations.
• Seek additional training and certification opportunities as needed, and complete all required training.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve intricate member concerns and provide in-depth solutions.

• 1-3 years financial operations or financial account servicing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Starting Salary: $20.18 - $21.38/hour depending on experience.

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
