Overview
Financial Operations Coordinator – 12-month temporary contract. You will join a supportive team that prepares and processes accounting and payment transactions on both ledger and payment systems. A good eye for accuracy and detail is essential, along with comfort working with Excel and numerical databases.
Responsibilities- Processing payment transactions
- Invoicing
- Commission calculations
- Reconciliations
- Handling general queries across the business and from external suppliers
- Working to deadlines, especially at month end
- Proven background in financial administration within a business or commercial setting
- Strong numeracy and a keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel – experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
- Good communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A self-motivated approach and strong organisational skills
- 12-month temporary contract
- £13.88 per hour
- 2 days in the office / 3 days work from home
- Weekly pay
- Paid holiday
- Pension after 12 weeks
