• Manage and monitor large project implementations within the regulatory reporting function
• Provide guidance and communicate policy changes to leaders and business lines
• Direct capital reporting teams through financial information review and disclosures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve existing processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
• Strong understanding of bank accounting and financial controls
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
• Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
• Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
