Internal Retirement Specialist

• Salary up to $78,000

• Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound calls
• Initiate outreach to participants to discuss contribution levels and encourage increases in deferrals
• Conduct account reviews and offer asset allocation recommendations based on individual risk assessments
• Calculate retirement projections and counsel participants on their results
• Build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support sales goals

• Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales‑driven position
• Required licenses: FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as Life and Health license
• Knowledge of insurance and financial products, with a preference for defined contribution plans
• Strong consultative selling and advising skills, with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer‑focused approach

• Experience in a sales call‑center environment
• Background in financial services
• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field
