Credit and Collections Analyst

• Manage daily credit and collections activities in alignment with company credit policies
• Identify and mitigate financial risks using analytics and reporting
• Execute and manage mechanic's lien filings and other legal measures to secure accounts receivable
• Assess customer creditworthiness and apply credit policies to support business growth
• Monitor collections KPIs to maintain a healthy accounts receivable portfolio

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B collections
• Experience in credit, collections, and/or accounts receivable
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel

• Experience in the construction/supply industry
• Knowledge of Oracle, getpaid, or related software
• Prior customer service experience
• Familiarity with Hawaiian culture
