The Senior Accountant – Consolidations is a key role and member within the Windsor Controlling group, being primarily focused on the discipline of Consolidations for the global enterprise. This role will administer foundational elements within the global consolidations financial close and internal reporting process, support global intercompany and affiliate management, and facilitate needed corrections. It also involves reviewing entity‑level and consolidated financial statements, driving operating efficiencies, participating in the quarterly external consolidated financial reporting process, and ensuring compliance with group standards.

This position reports to the Senior Manager – Consolidations.

• Administer the monthly global consolidation process including recording and/or reviewing consolidating entries and reconciliation of inter‑company.
• Facilitate monthly deliverables in support of the internal reporting process and corresponding entity‑level and consolidated financial statement reviews.
• Support regional and local accounting teams, offering assistance and expertise when needed.
• Assist in the preparation of footnotes and related disclosures to support the quarterly external reporting process.
• Work with regional and local finance personnel to assist in monthly close process.
• Prepare and/or review account reconciliations and corresponding policy compliance.
• Key point of contact for the quarterly review and annual audit process with the external auditors.
• Ad‑hoc projects requested and deemed appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• An active CPA, or advancing toward, is preferred.
• 3+ years accounting experience; large and/or multi‑national, multi‑currency company experience is preferred.
• Consolidation experience, including use of consolidation systems, is helpful.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office apps.
• Familiarity with accounting and reporting (US GAAP) knowledge.
• Familiarity with modern, best‑in‑class, consolidations systems (such as One Stream) and/or ERP systems (such as SAP) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence people and processes without direct responsibility.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and meet deadlines.

This role is remote‑based and eligible for U.S.

-based candidates.

• The salary range is $110,000 – $125,000. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate’s meaningful experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
