This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Personal Finance Manager in Singapore.

In this role, you will oversee and optimize personal financial operations for a high-level executive environment, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across multiple financial channels. You will manage budgeting, payment execution, expense tracking, and financial reporting while coordinating closely with Family Office staff and external partners. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of handling multi-currency transactions, privately used assets, and diverse financial tools including banking systems and crypto wallets.

You will play a key role in strengthening financial processes, improving reporting structures, and ensuring disciplined expense management. This role offers a dynamic, international working environment with the flexibility of remote collaboration. Accountabilities
  • Manage budgeting for personal income, expenses, and privately used assets, ensuring accurate tracking and planning.
  • Execute and monitor payments across various channels including bank accounts, credit cards, and crypto wallets.
  • Maintain precise accounting of personal expenses within ERP systems on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports comparing planned versus actual spending and performance of privately used assets, including analysis of variances.
  • Coordinate with contractors regarding agreements, service payments, documentation, and reconciliation of receivables and payables.
  • Review and verify advance reports from Family Office staff and allocate expenses accordingly.
  • Oversee privately used payment tools and accounts, ensuring appropriate limits, security, and proper custody management.
  • Ensure validity and renewal of financial documentation such as powers of attorney, bank cards, and safe deposit arrangements.
  • Support treasury-related activities during peak workload periods or team absences.
  • Continuously improve processes related to expense tracking, reporting, and financial operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and structured reporting.
  • Solid experience managing end-to-end banking payment operations, including multi-currency transactions and payment traceability.
  • Proven expertise in financial reconciliations, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable monitoring.
  • Strong accounting fundamentals with experience in expense classification, allocation, and month-end processes.
  • Experience working with ERP or finance systems for posting, categorizing, and tracking expenses.
  • Familiarity with crypto wallets, including transaction fees, confirmations, and security best practices.
  • Ability to produce concise financial reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting travel arrangements or executive business assistance is highly valued.
