• Manage relationships with external financial partners across various jurisdictions.
• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes.

• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing global financial operations and international compliance.
• Proven ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Strong expertise in treasury management and multi‑jurisdiction tax compliance.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including financial integration post‑acquisition.
• Deep understanding of financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
