• Lead a team in improving internal procedures and customer service

• Serve as a team leader for the Procurement Shared Services Center, managing procurement and expense processing staff
• Develop and implement improvements to internal procedures for efficiency and compliance
• Manage workflow to ensure high levels of customer service and accuracy
• Perform compliance reviews for transactions and manage system approvals
• Collaborate with department Finance Officers/Managers to resolve complex issues

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant financial/accounting and supervisory experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependability, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

• Four to eight (4-8) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Workday or a large financial ERP system
• Knowledge of university policies and procedures
