Overview
Detail-oriented and able to assist with day-to-day financial procedures and internal financial controls. Shall be undertaking all aspects of regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts.
This is a remote position.
Key Results- Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other relevant bodies as applicable.
- Coordinating with various external agencies for filling of compliance returns and forms in a timely manner.
- Maintaining records related to Board Meetings/AGM.
- Maintaining registers and Board of Directors record.
- Reviewing TDS payment working on monthly & quarterly basis and ensuring same is paid in time.
- Downloading Quarterly TDS certificates and sharing the same with Concerned team/vendor/consultants.
- Review of Monthly Payment of professional tax and filing return of same in timely manner.
- Preparing working for 10BD and filling the same with Income tax with the support of auditors.
- Download form 10BE and ensure that it is shared with the Donor.
- Ensuring regulatory requirements of EPF and ESIC in coordination with consultants.
- Preparation of any other regulatory reporting.
- Support in Statutory audit, Tax Audit, FCRA audit and funder audits.
- Coordinating with Auditors for audits, providing supporting documents.
- Support with Internal Audit and ensuring that observations are closed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyse the Donor Utilization Reports monthly basis.
- Preparing Monthly MIS in timely manner.
- Maintain record of Donor:
Agreements, addendums. - Any Other Assignment given as and when required.
- Produce monthly MIS with variance analysis, trend insights, and efficiency metrics.
- Anticipate financial risks (e.g., regulatory, liquidity, donor delays) and propose mitigation plans.
- 3+ years of work experience in the financial domain with strong understanding or expertise in Tally, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Master Degree in Finance or Accounting or CA/ICWA, Inter CA/ICWA.
- Ability to think strategically and make decisions & has an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to multitask & Willingness to travel to different locations across India, as required.

Ability to liaison with government systems on a regular basis. Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised. Good working knowledge of Excel and Canva. Experience of 2-3 years in the development sector. Good communication skills for coordination & reporting.
