This 2-day summit at our headquarters in Northwest Arkansas will be an interactive experience filled with professional development workshops, networking opportunities, and social engagements with leaders, associates and campus recruiters who are invested in YOUR success.

When? Thursday, October 2nd – Saturday, October 4th

Where? Our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas

Who? Current undergraduate students pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or other business-related field with graduation dates between Dec 2025 – May 2028

What’s Covered? The summit is funded by Walmart with flights, hotel, meals, transportation and activities provided by us

Deadline: 5 pm CT on September 10th (all students will be notified of their participation status no later than 9/15)

• Meet and hear from leaders and associates across our various accounting and finance teams
• Learn about career opportunities in our Accounting Track & Finance & Strategy Track in the Accounting and Finance Development Program (AFDP)
• Attend a wide range of professional development workshops and sessions
• Participate in formal and informal networking as well as social events and engagements
• Explore the Northwest Arkansas area and learn more about the community
• Invitation to interview for a summer 2026 internship or full-time position in AFDP or Global Audit
