We are looking for a Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team .

About the role
The HRA Finance Business Partner will support the Senior HRA Finance Business Partner in delivering a sustainable 30-year business plan for the HRA, deliver the annual budget cycle and be involved in managing and forecasting budgets monthly.
The successful candidate will own the month end process, meeting with service managers and providing information to monitor financial performance.
You will review and process revenue and capital expenditure in line with relevant accounting policies and standards.
You will support the Director of Housing in the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting providing assurance that the HRA is financially viable for a 30-year period.
About you
To be successful, you will have a relevant qualification at NVQ4/HND/Foundation degree level or have gained equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience.
You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of not only finance but also housing policies and procedures to understand the work the housing teams are delivering.
You will have a positive mindset to work in a challenging financial environment and provide sound financial advice to service managers for budget setting and forecasting.
