This is a full-time, remote position based in Texas. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will:

• Assist clients in identifying the best mortgage solutions for their financial goals
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and structure appropriate loan programs
• Guide clients through the loan application and approval process
• Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and company guidelines
• Conduct client consultations and provide clear, transparent communication
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
• Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure smooth, timely closings

• Active Texas Mortgage Loan Officer license (required upon start date)
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet production goals
