This is a full-time role for a Senior Mortgage Processor based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Mortgage Processor will evaluate, prepare, and process residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations. Responsibilities include verifying loan application information, communicating with clients and underwriters, collecting necessary documentation, and resolving discrepancies. The position will also require collaborating with lending officers and other team members to facilitate smooth and timely loan closings.

• Strong understanding of Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes
• Proficiency in evaluating and processing Loans and performing Underwriting tasks
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Experience with mortgage processing software systems is highly preferred- ARIVE as well as wholesale lenders websites
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Processor or in a similar role
