Billing Analyst

• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Analyze unbilled reports and drive resolution for any discrepancies
• Research and resolve short-paid invoices efficiently
• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve billing issues
• Prepare billing reconciliations and analyses, meeting critical deadlines

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with no experience, or a diploma with 3 years of work experience
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual remote environment while ensuring top-notch customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively

• Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint ERP or similar systems used in large corporations
• Certification or additional training in billing or finance-related fields
